The Neurosurgery Research Foundation of Texas

The Neurosurgery Research Foundation of Texas is a charitable foundation established in 2006 for advances in the research of neurological diseases. The Foundation has several surgeons, physicians, nurses and scientists from a variety of fields as board members that provide a diversified approach to both clinical and basic science research. The goals of the foundation are for the advancement of scientific research in the neurosciences and for development of treatment methods (both conservative and surgical) for brain and spinal disorders. Dr. Dickerman is currently involved in several clinical trials and has relationships with facilities throughout the country to assist in research and patient care. Research from the foundation has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented at conferences around the nation. The foundation provides support for education of medical students and residents around the country who are trained and educated under Dr. Dickerman.
